One of two daughters of Reg Silletto, Carol has found working with the Silletto Trust very rewarding on a personal level. "Meeting the winners and understanding how this award helps them to raise their profile to an international level and so achieve even more ambitious goals has been an enormous privilege."
Carol has been a career and management consultant, retraining in recent years as a botanist and horticulturalist.

Jan lived in the Isle of Man until recently and was therefore very involved with her father's work with Manx National Heritage. She received her MBE in 2007 for voluntary work for breast cancer and was a Trustee of Breakthrough Breast Cancer for many years. She has a great interest in art and history and feels the Silletto prize is an excellent testament to her father's work.
